Sheesh, where to begin? I felt so good, I thought I’d check out ‘the raw thing’ and ordered a sample for my Kindle. The author believes that humans have an addiction to cooked food and therefore sets up the majority of the book on the template of the 12 step process utilized for many addiction recoveries.
