I know I wired it correctly because it is getting power and the ground wire also works.

I do not really know how the waste gate and boost control solenoid work under vacumm halgech pressure. Remove all vacuem lines off the wastegate. Here is a video of a run in second and third gear with the boost control solenoid I followed this diagram.

If after all vacuem lines are removed you are not getting any boost increase, then you know your issue is the wastegate actuator itself. The Haltech Boost Control Solenoid allows the user to map boost pressure levels on turbocharged vehicles through the engine management system.
Now I know the external wastegate is doing its job because before I installed the haltech boost control solenoid I ran a hose from the turbo housing to the side of the waste gate and my car boosts 9 psi at full throttle.
One of the latest features is also the implementation of closed loop boost control where all that needs to be done is tell the ECU exactly what boost to run at each RPM and the computer computes the opening duty cycle of the boost control solenoid automatically — this feature accounts for changes in air temperature, barometric pressure, intercooler heatsoak and any other unexpected factors that may effect inlet air temperature and pressures.

So then I decided to install the boost control solenoid hoping to gain more boost to 14 or conrroller psi but it doesn’t work. I just gave it miles in a fresh rebuilt engine. I still got 9 psi and felt no difference at all. Right now I’ve got 12v and grnd correct, but I’m not sure on the trigger and home connections.
